Within the next 50 years our prediction is that the best combination of alternative energy is solar energy and geothermal energy. After researching we found that the pros of solar energy and geothermal energy far out way the cons, which is not the cause of nuclear power energy.
We will always have the sun for solar energy and the center of the Earth for geothermal energy. Along with a constant supply of the two energies, they are also the safest. Unlike nuclear power there are drastic dangerous consequences such as nuclear waste. An example is the recent trauma in Japan with the nuclear spill. Another example, the decision made by the German government to shut down all of its 17 nuclear reactors. This will always affect our world and never go away.
Solar energy is efficient, affordable, and with the Earth getting closer to the sun year after year it is considered a very important way of creating energy into the future.
